* All orders are shipped from our USA distribution centres.

Orders are processed and shipped usually within 24 hours of your order being placed but always within 72 hours (3 business days) assuming stock is available.

DogPetCrates.com warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from manufacturing defects. If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any purchase, we will gladly exchange it, replace it or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs (note exceptions below). Return Policy
To return any item, simply click here to contact us for information on how and where to ship it back to us.

Please fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it with your shipment. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, we will absorb the shipping and handling charges of the new product to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns, just for exchanges.
